Counters

Set aside the Croatian National Army's 6th Guards Brigade. The 9th Guards Brigade (already in the counter mix), it turns out, actually used to be the 6th. But there was also a Krijina Serb 6th Brigade for a while, and the two units got their radio comms mixed up. So the Croats changed their 6th to the 9th. (Duh.)
